As a millennial living in Orange County, I do what most people my age do when a friend recommends a new doctor — I go straight to their Instagram. And what I almost always find is a page that hasn't been updated in months, a feed full of stock photos, or nothing at all.
That gap bothered me. Behind every sparse social profile is a real practitioner who is probably wonderful at what they do — they just don't have the time or support to show it. I started Kleinsmith Media to change that.

My background is in marketing and public relations, and I hold a Master's degree in Education — which shapes the way I think about communication. I believe the best marketing doesn't just promote, it teaches. It helps patients understand who you are, what you do and why they should trust you.
Orange County is my community. These are my neighbors, my friends' doctors, the practitioners my family sees. Building authentic marketing for the people who take care of this community feels like exactly the right work to be doing.
